So i tried this spot with my daughter for the 1st time and it was ok.. I have to get a full understanding of the menu because i... dont like pasta sauce like that and WE are highly allergic to mushrooms(which we stated )but o ordered some type of Shrimp withonions and it was ok but the sauce was over powering the meal. I ordered take out from this resteraunt the other night. Love Indian food. But a lil skeptical. SI not known for Indian cuisine.... But I gotta tell you food was excellent. I had the south Indian chicken with Basmatti rice. My girlfriend had classic chickencurry with basmatti rice. We both had a side of Nam bread the garlic flavored one . Phenomenal I was highly pleased. Reasonablypriced generous portions. In fact just finished what I had left over from the other night. I will be ordering again from here.NOTE if it's a two people only order one piece of the Nam bread is more than enough one slice is humongous definitely one fortwo people is fine. And at about 5 bucks per piece of bread im definitely fine with one piece for two people . Oh one otherthing the Indian spices are perfectly seasoned. Great Indian food with a great variety of dishes. Including Nepali food. I love their chicken chowmein. Their cheese Naan is... yummy. And so is their peshawari Naan. Their peshawari pulao was very good. Read more
Incredible place. I go here constantly for my Indian food fix. I was surprised because Staten Island isn’t exactly known for... Indian food, but this place rivals spots in Jackson Heights. I love the mulligatawny soup, and of course the garlic naan. Youcan’t go wrong with the chicken tikka masala. Come to think of it you can’t go wrong with anything here. Read more
