I walked by with my kids in the stroller and we decided to try the food from them. So happy to see they had a kids menu too. We... ordered a cheese steak along side a kids meal of hot dogs and fries. Old reliable. It doesn't get better than this for your local watering hole. Food is much better than you would expect and... portions are GENEROUS. Most of the staff has been here for years, and the vibe is good. GO HERE for low-key good food and gooddrinks. You won't regret it. Read more

From the outside Griff's Place looks like an ordinary neighborhood bar. It's off the beaten path so it's easy to drive by.... Don't, you'll be missing out. Big time. The food is excellent. We ordered 3 appetizers for the table, hot wings, potato skins &fried ravioli. I'm not a hot wings guy but the others were very tasty. Had the stuffed shells as a main course, sometimes riskyin a bar, but they were top notch. Other main courses were a Chicken Cordon Bleu wrap, a burger, & Broccoli Rabe Quesadilla. Thesteak is said to be outrageous!! The Atmosphere was super, & Frank, our server was both friendly and informative. Give them ashot, I think you will be very pleased. Read more
