My first visit and won't be my last! Food was excellent and service just as good thanks to Alexa and Sofia, our waitresses! It's... like a cross between an upscale pizzeria and a 5 star restaurant! Couldn't believe the size of the menu. To start with there's aregular 5 page menu that's followed by another separate 4 page menu in microscopic print that's probably equal to an 8 to 10page menu of unique offerings. You could probably eat there for a year and never have the same meal twice. We walked in about7pm, was lucky to be seated upon arrival, and the stream of hungry customers never let up. I work next door and order food from here frequently. Today on my lunch break I ordered a shrimp hero with vodka sauce and... garlic bread. When we received the sandwich it was not made the way we asked. We go back to ask If he can fix it. The older guybehind the counter who I believe is the manager, takes the sandwich and comes back and hands us the same exact thing. He thentrys to convince us that the RED MARINARA SAUCE IS VODKA SAUCE. And then gives us a side of vodka sauce.. Its crazy that someonewho comes here often can't even recieve proper customer service. I've always ordered from Villa Monte for years, but as their prices went up, their food quality went down, and to charge 8.50... for a BURNED chicken role is just ridiculous. A place that delivers you chicken roles like this has no position charging even $2for burned garbage like this! Let alone $8.50! Quality should match the price and here it doesn't! Read more

Bad. Table of 7 and we were talked to a total of 3 times. The service was terrible, it took a hour and 30 minutes just to get... our food and even then they didn?t bring it out all at once. By the time half our table was done they brought the rest of it.The waitress couldn?t even bare to look us in the eyes. And to make it even better they overcharged us for a wrap that wasoriginally 11 dollars but we were charged 16. We were forgotten. Read more
