Use to be our favorite they HAD great quality food, now sorry to say it seriously sucks, our orders have been so fishy not... fresh, I thought I was eating cod fish I couldn't believe it (we didnt order cod fish). We have been ordering from here foryears because of it's great quality, this year it has seriously went down hill smaller portions, poor quality & higher prices,if the quality was good we would pay. Horrible experience!!! I?ve been a long time customer for this place even though everything on the menu is overpriced. After... receiving my food I noticed a bug in my food. The lady on the phone was insanely rude about giving me a refund. Horriblecustomer service. If I would give this place 0 stars I would. My son treated me for Mother's Day dinner. Sometimes last minute decisions are the BEST decisions. Absolutely delicious!!!!! ... The freshest of the fresh. I have been a great customer for two years now! We order sushi ???? frequently and spend at least 75 bucks a pop, Tonite we... ordered on line so there was no miscommunication they sent me the wrong rolls that I ordered when I called to tell them theysaid oh sorry our mistake do u want the right rolls I said yes ???? I would like what I ordered 75 bucks later, They said wewill bring to you and take back the wrong order! I said the right thing for u to do since it was your mistake and we are loyalcustomers is to bring us the right order and keep the rolls on us ! I said so you do the right thing and have a good weekend! Guess what we never received the rolls we ordered! And the scary part is what were they going to do with the rolls if theypicked them up? I wanted to try these sushi for a long time. Finally decided to order today. Extremely rude person on the phone, "nickel and... dime"-ing for everything, referencing some "boss" watching over them. The price for the order was higher than advertized on theflyer that was broght in last week. When i mentioned that, she said it was an old flyer. No, it isn't. The coupons on itexpure on 12/31/2022. She made it so hard to order, I changed my mind. Will give my 70 dollars to someone who appreciates me asa customer and wants my business. When I said I wasn't going to order, she happily and eagerly said "bye-bye". Two stars- forthe benefit of doubt because I never tried thier food. That person on the phone who takes orders deserves one star, if any. She is going to kill the business with this attitude. P. S. I read some reviews online after posting mine.
