I was attacked by the bartender, then she encouraged a drunk guy who she had served 5 alcoholic drinks (4 empty glasses with a... 5th full, on a Saturday at 1:30pm) to assault me and go after me as well. This is irresponsible and unethical on all levels- soI had to document what was happening because they seemed out of control. I called security for my safety and documented theincident since it was quite unbelievable (still shocked as I write this review). When I spoke to the manager, he was veryrespectful and stayed positive but did nothing about the situation. He told me that the bar isn't a place I would enjoy anyways,that it's much better to just sit inside the restaurant instead. She continued to assault me in front of the manager and I wasso disappointed that he would not take any action. This initially started because I sat by the bar and asked for lunch.Bartender asked if I want to drink and I said no thank you, just water. Then she proceeded to tell me they don't serve lunch bythe bar while others clearly had food (they had alcohol as well). I mentioned that I've had lunch by the bar before, and shetold me I must be delusional because there's no lunch by the bar. Read more
The waiter was extremely rude. He made some.nasty comment under his breath while taking our order and when I called him out on... it, he tried.to make up a story bit knew he was caught. Didn't bother to ask us if we needed any drink refills. When wefinished our meal he didn't ask if we wanted any dessert or anything else. Just dropped the check on our table and walked away. My best man took me and our wives out for Chinese. He told me this place is one of best if not the best In Staten Island. The... experience was on point. Place was clean and the food came out fairly quickly. Bit of a shakedown when done eating can?t reallyenjoy your party with conversations. They take your empty plates so fast and gives off a vibe to pay and leave. Besides that thefood is murder. Worth checking out. Good dim sum place in Staten Island but a bit pricey. Still can?t compare to those in Brooklyn. Service is ok.
