Sign shows closed at 11pm, it?s 9:22pm and I ordered food for my daughter and I, the staff said they?re closing and cannot make... any food at this time. I confirmed what time they closed and I got a yea no we can?t do it. Curious how the owner feels abouttheir staff refusing money. Read more
Placed a DD order at 2:27pm for pick up. I arrived at 2:47pm and it still wasn't ready. Left and came back 10 minutes later...... total now 30 minutes and still no order. Staff didn't realize my online order came through because I had to say something forthem to start making it. I've gone to this DD on numerous occasions where there are long waits, staff members not doing theirjobs and talking about a man named Jimmy who comes in for all the coffee (on this particular occasion) but I have seen them haveuseless conversations not pertaining to the work environment and they sit there and take their sweet time or they're not payingattention and don't make your order where you have to say something or they screw it up. They have a system that automatically mixes your coffee.. I was lucky enough to get the 2 ice coffees for $5 deal???? was better... than most dunkin's I've been to. Read more
They might get busy at times but overall they are pretty good or at least they attempt to do their job and serve the clients
They have an amazing team here. I was in the mood for donuts and a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese sandwich so I decided to do... what any other human would do. I ordered a French cruller donut and asked them if they could please put the above in there. Tomy astonishment, they actually granted my wish, and I must say it was the most AMAZING sandwich ever.
