Used to like this location but quality is hard to find these days. Visited numerous times over the past few months, asked to... adjust my coffee because it was severely bitter tasting and I know the quantity of requested ingredients I've been ordering forso long and was given a slight attitude when asked for it to be fixed. Today, I experienced the best costumer service. By mistake, I ordered hot coffee. I wanted ice coffee. I received the ice... coffee. What made my day, is that I was not charged for it. This kind gesture of the lady that helped, made my day. You see, Ihad spent a lot of money making a copy of my car key. I had lost it. I order on the go from this location average about 4 days out of the week. They either always forget something in my order, give... me the wrong thing or make me wait a long time. I can deal with all aforementioned but yesterday 8/28 I received my donut likethis. I can?t say what this is but it looks a lot like mold to me. I took a bite of this and I am disgusted. I was coming from queens and I stopped here to buy breakfast the manager Sonia is very disrespectful. I asked her to use the the... bathroom because I?m pregnant and I was driving very far once I asked her to use the bathroom and told her I?m pregnant if I canuse it .she walked away from the register and left me standing there and never came back.
