This place doesn?t serve any meat. So just because the owners are vegetarian the rest of us have to be. I had to drive to... another place to get an actual breakfast because they serve veggie bacon & veggie sausage. This isn?t Dunkin? smh Read more

at night, there are two indian or pakistani young men in their 20s who never provide me service. for weeks. they always say... their sandwich oven is broken. so i go to the restaurant nearby. later on, i see customers leave this store with what looklike sandwiches. these two guys always say they don't have matcha. they sometimes say the have to shut down the ovens.....even an hour or more before closing!! if you check cameras, you'll see a chinese guy (me) around this time always leavingunhappy. they never want to sell me anything the next day, with different staff, the oven seeems to work miraculously. i'llask you to check videos. or please investigate or please ask them to make the sandwiches or drinks i would like to buy fromyour store when i am hungry or thirsty. i'm not sure if they're treating me this way because i am asian. but they never seemto want to work not sure if racism is involved from these two guys. thank you in advance for please looking into Read more

This location used to be quick and efficient. There was literally no one in the store, maybe 1 or 2 people coming in for pick... up, it took them over 15 minutes to make 4 basic wraps. They heard me complaining and didn't even apologize. When my food wasdone, the man behind the counter just slammed my order down and didn't even say thank you or have a good day. I'm honestlydisgusted and won't be coming here that often anymore and it's sad because I live very nearby. Read more

Girlfriend went there to get her son a bagel after soccer at 9 pm. The guy told her the lady was cleaning and he wouldn't do the... bagel. All he wanted was a plain bagel not toasted with plain cream cheese Read more

I go here because it is the only kosher Dunkin? Donuts near me. I have been going here for years and I have a very friendly... relationship with the staff. Now it?s different workers and they just aren?t nice. I have never complained a day in my life, even when my drink doesn?t taste how I wanted but today I went and the frozen coffee that I ordered tasted sour. I didn?t make abig deal and just let them know and asked if they can fix it and the lady got mad and said she can?t. I asked why not if I onlytook one sip and told her that it?s not drinkable . She told me that it?s what I ordered and said it tastes how it should. I getthis drink every single day so I know it didn?t taste right. I asked why she couldn?t remake or fix it because I paid for it andIt tasted sour and spoiled and she started telling me I?m a complainer and then turns to her coworker and started talking abouthow I?m complaining right in front of me. I am most definitely the furthest thing from an annoying customer. I become friendswith workers in all stores that I go to, even the previous ones in this Dunkin? Donuts. I am extremely disappointed and honestlythis made me not want to go back there. I rather deal with no more Dunkin than with the attitude of that worker. Read more

Drinks taste different every time, depending on who makes it. Mother?s Day I had the strawberry coconut drink and it taste... funny. It looked like the drink but had a funny taste of possible Red Bull. I didn?t drink much to know to stop. Hours later Iwas dizzy and nauseous and that morning, I had to call the ambulance because I was still dizzy and nauseous. All I keep thinkingabout was that funny tasting drink I last had, from this location. Never again ! Read more
