On 11/18/22 at 6pm in 2222 forest avenue location The lady taking the order in the drive through very nasty ,unprofessional.... She have no name ID on her I ordered through mobile app .went to drive through after 10min ,they said they making the order waitin there again 10 more min i waited . I asked is my order ready Wow she get mad nd talk unprofessional I said how long I waitfor the order 20 min..... I ordered Chia latte and 1 egg & cheese wrap They have to keep more manners how to deal withcustomers . This is my usual routine dunkin .all the other employees I deal last years no problem at all Don't know what's wrongwith.this women .HORRIBLE .SHE NEED SOME CLASS . Read more

Morning workers got bad attitude. One of the worst Dunkin? Donuts I been to. The man that works in the counter in the morning ... is extremely rude and unprofessional. He seems pretty miserable about his life and Imma pray for him. Read more
I wish i could give zero star, first my cousin who lives nearby told me that we don't buy coffee from this Dunkin anymore... because it smells and taste like it's burned, I still tried 4 times after that and every time it's getting worst and worst,today i got Hot caramel latte and it tastes like burned black coffee, I still have that bitter taste in my mount after 30minutes even after rinsing, m gonna find a way to complain directly to Dunkin donuts they need to inspect this branch. Young Spanish girl works drive thru in afternoon around 4pm is fantastic, great personality, she has been taking my order for... months, just the fact she keeps a smile on her face is a huge step up from all DD on Staten Island. Keep up good work Read more
