Ordered a large ice coffee 2 pumps milk, and 2 pumps sugar, with an espresso shot added to it. Worker forgets to put the... espresso shot in to start, and then walks over to fill my coffee. Im literally standing in front of the counter watching hermake the coffee. The original ice coffee tap ran out?. So instead of getting a new tap or just telling me they were out of theoriginal blend, she spoke in a different language to another co worker who laughed and mustve told her screw it just give himdecaf he wont tell the difference?. Im standing there watching her make me a decalf ice coffee on tap?.. The tap said decaf onit?? So first she forgot the espresso shot and second im drinking a decaf ice coffee right now which to me defeats the wholepurpose of drinking coffee. Just garbage service?? Read more
Coffee was good and was done before i paid for my order. Food service was very sloooooooow, 20 minutes for an egg and cheese... wrap smh. 4 employees behind the counter 1 person on line in front of me. Read more
This place is horrible! I will never go back there again! The workers and service is so bad. I went there for two days straight... and first day the girl basically threw my food at me on the counter and next day the male worker did the same.. and they justcontinued joking around behind the desk and laughing at ppl. I?ve never in my life had this experience. Disgusting. When Iopened up my toast the Avocado was everywhere ! These kind of workers kill your business and they have no care. I?m not sure what?s happening to this place. The folks behind the counter were more interested in the rap music they were... playing in the dining area than providing service. I clearly asked for one doughnut and an iced coffee with almond milk andsimple syrup. What I got was two donuts with an iced coffee with milk and no sugar. I questioned why my bill was eight dollars,they charged me for the extra donut, I didn?t want it but apparently the person didn?t want to call the manager so they simplytook the money owed to me out of the tip jar, whatever. Excellent work ethic there. They are clearly distracted and notprofessional, I?m not sure if it?s because we just can?t get people to work and hiring anybody off the street at this point, butif you mess up customer service enough times, people will go elsewhere. Worst DD on Staten Island!! Employees don't know how to make a f$%&kn coffee nowadays. Terrible customer service standing on... line for 10-15 and finally getting your coffee & course not the way you like it. Absolutely terrible needs better management Read more
Clean and orderly. The employees are quick to take and fill your order. Nice place for great donuts and more.
So they used to have the bathroom open and now they say no it?s for employees only Full seating area yet bathrooms are for... employees only how do that work !! This needs to stop they are just lazy to clean the bathroom after customers during the day!! Read more
