My experience was so bad that I called the company's customer service to complain. The employee at the cash register was so... rude, impolite, ignorant, and vulgar. I even heard his foul language with racial slurs as I was leaving the store. Of course Ididn't turn around, people like this, I learned to ignore in my life. Especially nowadays, unfortunately more of them with theirxenophobic behaviour are out there. This tattooed white guy scanned my coupon then refused to serve me, the coupon went thru butsomehow he just asked me to pay again. I don't understand why such a big company put people like this in the front to deal withcustomers, they give a very bad picture about Dunkin. It's so sad we still witness such a behavior, frankly, I wouldn't hirethis guy to deal with my customers, he's a failure. Read more

This is a small Dunkin connected to a gas station. You have two cashiers place. In one of those people buy gas or lotto tickets.... No one in their upper teens and people that can't do the language. It was nice to see their hands of the workers like they weredoing a video game, for adults of course. On top of all they are polite! They were behaving like like they all had a stake inthis show. By the way now that I remember the one doing the sandwiches was a young guy who was slow and looked confused. Theyhad coffee ready right away but two sandwiches felt they ordered from another Dunkin. The young white guy was holding up theshow. But for the far east American guy he was keeping this place going. Kept his Sense of humour and being educated ineverything in this store! The man taking the orders (Arden Ave Shell ) has no patience and is obnoxious and nasty! His name tag says ?manager? but I think... he needs a lot more training in people skills! The coffee and food is good though! I am hesitant to order from there againbecause of the manager?s attitude towards me. I go to the Shell station for most of my car needs, so I guess I?ll have to seehim, but ordering from them will be less frequent because of him! Read more

On couple of occasions the staff was were nice but today around 5 I found a black hair in my drink also when I was receiving my... change the guys hands were extremely dirty. But otherwise there is always that one person that is very nice and does his workwith gloves. Read more
