The food is good here at this location, usually pretty clean. The staff is another story. As I was awaiting my food there was... someone behind the counter in revealing shorts, another staff member had her children in the eating area and kept discipliningthem from the counter, the lady in the short shorts eventually left with the children. It's been a very long time I've had Boston Market. Years actually. Food was good, everyone behind the counter were really nice... and friendly. Only thing I didn't like they were missing items I wanted. No broccoli or corn. Don't know if they still do theapples or string beans, but didn't see those either. Overall, will be returning. I was going to order 3 steak dinners with the sides. But the manager showed me a menu special where I can order four steaks... with the sides for the same price of three. If you're handicap do not park outside of Applebee's, the handicap parking islimited, distant and you will have to climb down stairs. They may have a ramp but I didn't notice it. You might want to tryentering the mall to get to Applebee's. Read more
It wasn't really all that crowded but the lines moved slower than mud. The staff was unfriendly and wouldn't give you the time... of day. My order, scheduled for 2pm pick up wasn't even started till I got there. The food was ok but far from what I'm used towith Boston Market. I won't go to this particular Boston Market again. Very poor experience. Read more
Customer service, Average. They gave attention in beginning but if you want to add something you could be waiting for... while. Food, it was slightly above average. They serve fresh but I will not say that you will taste a best version of bakedchicken or anything else. Cleanliness, Can't say much because they don't offer indoor eating due to covid situation. Boston Market on Forest Ave. is great. I had the Prime Rib and it was Awesome! Where else can you get a Prime Rib with 2 sides... and a drink for 20.00. It is worth every cent that I spent. Read more
Latest experience on Sunday 9/4/22 Was great. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Sherry is the best... Thank you guys again... for always trying to make my experience the best.
