This is a review for 1451 Richmond Ave Applebees since they don?t take any reviews for some reason. Good Food and cozy place my... only complaint is just the service was very slow and the timing is off getting our orders smh. Not much people as you can seein photos but it took forever for them to serve :( Read more
Always nice to eat here. Food is good and free refills. The staff is always new though. Mostly younger kids. They need to be a... little more patient with the customer. But we like it here. A bit pricey. 2 adults $70 bucks... ouch Read more
Recent visit was a few days ago (current date 7.2021). They were severely understaffed and the wait was long. But given the they... were understaffed, the few waiters there were so nice. They ALL were working hard and had a smile on their faces. I forgot ourwaitress' names but she was so nice and pleasant the entire time. Apologizing each time for the long wait. We told her it was okbecause it's not her fault the company doesn't want to pay properly to properly fill their shifts. They seriously need a raise.I hope someone from the applebees franchise actually reads this and gives these employees their due rights! Update... visited afew days ago and of course had my regular, this time w a non-alcoholic pina colada. 2.2022 went for a quick lunch as I finishedwork and had my usual....3 cheese penne and nonalcohol Pina colada. The waitress AM B was really nice and friendly. Went backfor dinner with parents, ordered the chips and artichoke dip...the cheese was hardened in the dip but it was still tasting good.Wished the cheese was melted and easily able to be mixed into the dip as it usually does but maybe next time. 6.30.22 juststopped in for a quick dinner after work. Decided on a different option than my usual pasta choice. Had the mashed potatoes,seasoned rice and tried the cheesy stramed broccoli. Not a bad switch up from my usual dish. Hostess as well as the entire wait staff was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to delivering the best experience possible. So... often at chain restaurants so much can be desired by the customer regarding their experience. However, this is simply not thecase at this establishment.
