Good food, though have to order from kiosk and didn?t get a receipt. Older building.

I love Pho so I was so happy to find this restaurant near the hotel where I had training. The parking lot was empty when we... got there close to noon on a Friday. There did seem to be a steady flow of take out orders though. You place your order from akiosk...easy and self explanatory. Staff starts working on your order immediately and very shortly it is brought out. The Phoand fried egg rolls were very good! The strawberry smoothie I ordered was decent--it had a nice strawberry flavor. It's madewith water/ice and not any kind of milk though. Overall, I enjoyed everything and I would visit again. Really good! I got the beef pho and my friend got the tendon pho and they were both delicious.

The past 3 times we've ordered from here the order was wrong. We ordered Wonton soup and got fried Wontons. What a... disappointment. I called to tell them and they tried to tell me the difference between the two. Yea, I know what thedifference is I ordered soup. Never again. Read more

I've been a fan of Pho 11 for years so I really hope this dip is temporary. However I've seen a drop in quality now that they're... only doing delivery and take out. I recently picked up an order 10-15 minutes after placing the order. The broth was warm(instead of piping hot like it used to be). The noodles and embellishments were cold like they had just been plucked from thefridge. Once combined, the resulting pho was basically room temp broth with cold clumps of vermicelli and veggies. Wasdefinitely not what I needed on a cold winter day, especially for the price. Really hope to see this place bounce back. Read more

Ordered pho here for pickup on ricepo, the food was ready to go by the time we arrived (20-30 mins), the soup and noodle are... packaged separately which is a plus. It is a pretty normal pho place, and you get what pho is expected to taste like, the soupwas only warm by the time we got home but there is nothing they could have really done about that. We were working in Lock Haven which is about 45 min east of state college and this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the 50... miles radius. That being said, it?s pretty legit for a college town in PA. Pho is always great and the only ?complaint? I haveis the egg rolls. They are pathetically tiny for the price you paid and it?s just okay. Best pho within a 3 hour range of Williamsport we have found so far. Pork chops tasted very good and my wife liked the roast... duck. Have not had anything bad or off here yet. Great service and pleasant atmosphere. Read more
