Stopped in town for lunch and thought this sounded good. We entered and stood at the order taking counter for several minutes.... Employees walked by, but did not acknowledge us to say they would be with us shortly. We finally left and found another place toeat. Read more

Friendly service, steak sub was great, cold subs lacked volume of meat. Great taste just not near enough meat for the roll.

I don?t know what happened. 6 months ago this was my family?s go to sub shop. Excellent food and service. Now? Our orders are... consistently wrong. The food is sub par. A recent cheesesteak had bread, about half the normal cheese, and enough steak to giveit some color. Not a good sandwich. I dunno. We are taking some time away from Bradley?s. I had a cheesesteak with extra meat, xtra American and cheese wiz and I got fries. The steak was so dry and I didn?t receive my... extra meat there was still plenty of bun that wasn?t even filled with meat. The steak sandwhich was nothing like a Philly steakbecause I am from Philly and it?s a disgrace to even call this a Philly cheesesteak joint. I paid for extra cheese and extrameat and did not receive either. I also didn?t receive the drinks I ordered because they were ?out? and I didn?t getreimbursement for that. The only reason this is a 2 and not a 1, is because the fries were tasty. They were greasy and they gaveme enough to feed my whole family, but they tasted good. Other then that it was terrible. This is by far our favorite lunch stop ! Their chicken cheesesteaks are something that we?re always in the mood for & it never... disappoints !
