Nice place. Food tasted excellent. My husband got the pork chop with potatoes and spinach. It was delicious. I'm not even a pork... chop fan. I got the shrimp with the spinach, mushrooms and pine nuts with angel hair pasta. It tasted really good, but it wasswimming in oil. I barely got to eat any of the pasta because of how much oil was on it. Literally swimming in it. Don't get mewrong I love a good greasy meal, but this was A LOT. I felt ill after eating. I took home what I couldn't eat, but ended upthrowing it away...which is unfortunate especially for the price. It was just too much oil. Read more

Well just like the name goes … The Restuarant called ‘Taste’ Starkville, Mississippi left the best taste I have ever had... in a pork chop. Was served by this amazing waiter called Excellence who recommended the Saltimbocca Pork Chops!! And it lived upto its billing… It’s going to find something hard to beat this pork. The foodie I am, I have had a fair share of pork chopsand meats but nothing compares to the Pork Chop at Taste. we went to taste tonight for our anniversary. everything from the focaccia to the entrees was absolutely phenomenal! my partner... and i can both agree this is the best food we have ever had. even the servers were wonderful and extremely attentive with apacked dining room. fantastic!! Read more
Taste is alright. The filet mignon is mediocre. It’s cooked well and the sides are good but overall it’s just meh. The... salmon is cooked great but the orzo is very bland. The ribeye is also just a mediocre rating. It’s poorly seasoned, but isvery juicy. It doesn’t pair well with shrimp. The sweet tea is impeccable. Another downfall is that the proportions areabsolutely outrageous for its price! Also, the Classic Fries are way too salty. 4/10 Slightly reccomend. Read more

Restaurant is all one level (no interior steps; one sidewalk step, or rampaccess). The sweet corn cornbread “waffles” w/truffle dip were YUM (ordered seconds!!). The flatbread crust was seasonedwell, easy to cut, & I ended up taking half home. The cookies…. Oh, the cookies…. Melt in your mouth, chocolate chipindulgence. There are enough to share, but why would you???? TIP: Ask the server for vegetarian options (not many listed on themenu). The food here is very delicious!!!! Very expensive though. Everything is big enough to be it's own meal except it wasn't... satisfying to have one piece of tomato cheese toast. I don't agree with that being $8. Also, there's not enough duck in the duckdumplings, let alone I expected DUMPLINGS, not like, gnocchi. Other than that, everything tasted really great! Read more
Finally got a chance to try this restaurant & I was thoroughly pleased! It is a high end restaurant but the food was really... good! I had the appetizer sampler and the chicken Milano. The chicken Milano was seasoned so well, the meat was tender, and theserver was super kind. I went during lunch time so there was a lunch special. Overall, I will be returning! Read more
