This Taco Bell has the most unreliable hours of operation I?ve ever experienced. The Google times and the times on the... restaurant are not accurate at all. Some days this franchise closes at 9pm some days it?s 10pm and sometimes it?s 1am. It?salways a luck of the draw. Then, most of the times I?ve gone the person at the order screen is typically rude. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant but I have had the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. Let me start off by saying... I have given this place more than enough chances. The food has been undercooked on multiple occasions. I once spent two hourswaiting for a DoorDash order just to receive undercooked meat. Whenever I ask for a drink they sometimes give me a dilutedversion of the drink instead of simply telling me they are out of the drink. I?d rather hear that than them give me a diluteddrink. Idk if this is a management issue or employee issue but things need to change about this place. Read more
The workers were very nice to my daughter and I when we ordered food through drive through! Food was awesome, we got the... Chipotle chicken tacos ???? ???? ???? ????. They also complimented my 4 year old daughter telling us she was very cute ????!Then they surprised us with a free frozen slushy for her which was well appreciated considering how fast she drank it lol ????!Wish I would've snapped a picture to post with this review of my daughter Faith full of joy with her slushy. Anyways, we go tothis taco bell frequently and hope to catch that same staff there next time we go. Read more
Worst Taco Bell. They?re constantly ?out? of things. Or they only accept cash because their system is down. Or they don?t take... orders past a certain time even though they?re not supposed to close for a couple more hours because their ?system? is down.This happened on more than one occasion and this last time it happened, the car behind us was able to order. The younger the employees the more horrible the food gets. They are too busy playing and complaining to provide quality food.... This place sucks..Nothing like it used to be. You get more lettuce and tomato than anything and my order is hardly ever correct Read more

No matter what time you go. The food is unpleasant because people tend to fix it and cook it horribly. I literally drive all the... way to West Point if I want Taco Bell and let?s not start on the unsanitary conditions of the restaurant.
