Subway restaurants have raised prices and done away work salads. Stupid move Subway... foods good here though.
I stopped in here to ask for directions to the rental car place. Connie aka 'Con Con' told me that google had the East and West... side wrong and then she gave me a ride to the other side of town. What a great city you all have. Read more
The customer service is horrible and they are rude to their customers. The employees address the public in a hostile tone,... laughs at the customers, and do not give customers time to tell them what they need on their sandwich. The manager was no helpand just as rude as the employees. I will take my business elsewhere. Lately, Subways across the board have poor customerservice and rude employees. Read more
This Subway does serve breakfast (I have had it there before) but the employees are too lazy to go to the back to get the egg.... They did it for me once and have insisted that there isn't egg every time after that. Poor service. Read more
The bread was hard and the sandwich just wasn't good. Another time, I ordered online and picked my sandwiches up and both... sandwiches was missing condiments. Called and told them about it and they told me they was out of those condiments. Didn'tbother to tell me when I picked up my order that my order wasn't correct. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager but themanager wasn't there so I said I would call the next day. They called me back and stated I could bring the sandwiches back andthey could make new sandwiches the same way cuz there out of the condiments I wanted. My question is why didn't yall call me thefirst time and tell me about my order instead of waiting until I bought up management. Very unprofessional and poor customerservice. Our sandwiches were good, but the customer service from one team member was incredibly lackluster. I was not greeted or welcomed... - it was just, "What kinda san'wich you want?" The dining area was not clean either. We sat inside and ate, and every table Itried was dirty. I've been here now 45 minutes and every table has yet to be cleaned - and there has been a definite lull incustomers. But I guess it may be difficult to clean tables when you're busy laughing and cackling in the back room... Read more
The location itself is fine. It looked clean and the employees were nice and helpful, but subways prices are RIDICULOUS now! $24... for two for longs when we can get two double meat, large whopper meals for that. Read more
