Not gonna lie, rude customer service especially from the store manager I think.
This place is rude, does not give you the correct drink orders.
So I ordered the same drink off the menu, Iced Honey Almond Flat White, at the same location two days in the same week, one on... Monday the second on Wednesday, and the drinks were 2 different drinks. The Monday drink looked like a flat white in color andconsistency, and it tasted like a flat white. Wednesday I got something totally different. It was watery coffee wit ha splash ofmilk and tasted like watery coffee. It was almost like they made me the Honey Almond Cold Brew and realized they made a mistakeso they just mixed it together. I am very disappointed because this has happened with other things. I hate that I paid for this.7/9/2021 Update Order a cold brew coffee today. I drank it down to about an inch left and notice something black in the bottom.I looked closer and it was a dead fly. The baristas here are wonderful and nice and love to chat with your about your day and their own day. The atmosphere in this... Starbucks is very nice and good for studying, and they generally play some pretty good music. The place is generally very cleanand there are ample places to charge your laptop or phone while you're doing classwork. At the time of writing, there'scurrently no seating (so everything is grab and go) due to public health restrictions, but the coffee is still delicious and thebaristas are still top notch. Read more
An Im a starbucks junkie, but their drinks are terrible at this location. The staff is rude too. I went in today an ordered a... soy drink, when the soy drink curdled (because the drink was too hot before adding the soy) the barista was really irritatedwith me and said "that is just how soy is" which it is NOT if you know how to add it to a drink. Which is implied in going to acoffee restaurant thatthat's changes $7 for my drink. So, instead of making a new one the barista just strains it and puts itback into the same cup, again irritated with me for not wanting curdled soy floating in my drink. :l Read more
Their customer service is horrible. There was no line behind me and when I nicely asked a question about my drink, the... overweight lady at the register was so rude and impatient. She was defensive and agitated from the start, even though I was verypolitely and civilly verifying my drink was made with almond milk(since they put ?add soy? on the receipt for all non-dairymilk- but I didn?t know that!). She had a huge attitude, and kept repeating an unhelpful line of ?it?s not soy milk? andtreating me like I am dumb even though she wasn?t taking the time to explain at all. If I?m paying $5 for a small drink theleast you can do is have decent customer service. I understand that you have to deal with basic white girls all day. Haven't had espresso or steamer for their specialty hot coffees in a while. So go to cafeteria in hospital to get my coffee.
