We eat here about once a month. Normally the service is great. This time however about the time we walked up to start ordering... two young women walked and started talking to the staff. They all started cutting up to the point the young man that wassupposed to be assisting couldn't. He never asked if was dine in or out (we ended up getting it to go because of the behavior),never asked if we wanted combos and when I did remember to ask for it looked peeved that I had asked. We got Salsaritas delivered for lunch yesterday. Usually the food is decent, but yesterday they decided to serve grilled... chicken that was burned to the point that you could not eat it! Very unprofessional. I would not have let this food leave thebuilding. Read more

The food to too high for the amount of you get the rice was burned never going to eat there again ever

I know from personal experience that all meats I can vouch for are frozen. And ground beef comes pre cooked. They just steam the... ground beef and pork. Shrimp very frozen of course. The fajita veggies are precut and bagged. Tortillas even frozen. This wholefresh claim is a total joke. They barely clean kitchen at all the floors are disgusting. Stay away from here just go thechipotle or moes you?ll find much better food there! Read more

This food isn?t fresh at all... should sue for false advertising. They have the audacity to have the word FRESH as part of the... business name. I purchased a bowl with chicken and a side of guacamole. When I tell you I will NEVER order from this placeagain. The food was cold, chicken was old and dry, guacamole was almost brown. So very disappointing. I used a delivery serviceand paid over $20 just to get food that I couldn?t even enjoy. They delivery service was great the food got to me within 15mins. This is why I didn?t understand why my food was cold. I wouldn?t feed this to my dog. Chipotle is opening soon and theymost likely will no longer have any customers. Yuck ???? Read more

Good menu and could work much better if better staffed or managed. We got there 1.5 hours before closing and they were out of... grilled veggies and wouldn't grill any more that night, there was hair in my sons food, and the tables and high chairs werestill covered in food and sticky. This last time and every time before, the food has always been room temp or cold. Never seemshot and fresh. One time they ran out of cheese sauce and replaced it with the yellow nacho cheese from the can bought at a localstore. Definitely not the same thing. Read more

The food is always good and usually the service is friendly and quick. This evening, though, the restaurant seemed short-staffed... and a bit rough around the edges. Two of the three booths had not been cleaned, but we found one to sit in. I appreciate thatthis restaurant is always VERY well air-conditioned, but some people may find it cold. Bring a jacket!
