Okay I love Popeyes, but every time I have went to this location, they ask if I want spicy or mild chicken. I always ask for the... spicy. Every time I have received my order it has been plain chicken. No spice at all. Like what?s the deal? If you don?t haveit don?t offer it as an option. No Red Beans and Rice, no French fries, no green beans, no chicken for chicken sandwich?s and to top things off you can?t get a... receipt. When we ordered the manager said they had spicy chicken strips guess what they DIDN?T. Two out of the three things weordered we had to change, we ended up just getting a refund. Ordered in the drive thru the lady was incredibly dismissive of my questions. Got to the window only to be told there is a wait,... no biggie, just means my food is fresh. When we finally get it. I head home and realize there is no sauce, and my sides aremissing. I attempted to call them multiple times only for the call to not go through. I don't want to have to go back. I wantedto eat my dinner before I go to work. I have done their jobs. Their exact job as I have worked at Popeyes before. The way theseemployees behave is ridiculous. Check your orders and be nice. This place has the best checked sandwich. The staff are Very nice people and have a great customer service. The managers Martha... and Francesca were supper friendly and shows a lot of support to each other and also toward their staff. I will definitelycomeback whenever I?m in town. Read more

I love Popeye's. But one atar is generous for this location. Drive thru was fast because my chicken was dry and old Fries... were cold. Biscuits were hard. My $11 meal went into the garbage. Steer clear of this place. Read more

How does a store that constantly runs out of food function? I've been 3 times in the past year. 2 of those times, they were out... of pretty basic menu items (tenders). A friend of mine tried 3+ times to get the sandwich when it first came out and they werealways out. Read more

Came through the drive-thru pretty close to close at this location. They took my order, but due to a small mistake I got the... wrong meal. Luckily, I noticed before leaving the window and informed the employee at the window. At this point, the store istwo minutes from close and I know personally how handling customer complaints at that time is the worst because you're justready to close up the store and get home. But they were so kind and helpful about it. I left with the food I had wanted and itwas hot and fresh too! Really appreciate the staff that was working tonight, 10/10 experience and customer service.
