I am extremely upset and disappointed. i went threw this mcdonald?s hoping for breakfast but for some odd reason they don?t sell... all day breakfast anymore. After being told there was no breakfast i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. At first i noticedthere was no pickles on my sandwich when it is literally advertising on the bag the sandwich comes in. After taking a bit intomy sandwich BOILING HOT grease starts dripping out of the sandwich and it was so hot that it gave me a blister on my lip. I wasextremely upset so i tired to call the store and got hung up on TWICE. Then i went back and talked to the manager about it so noone else would get hurt. The manager was not understanding at all and just stared at me and didn?t do anything to help thesituation. I was expecting at least a free mcflurry to help the pain of my blister. I will NOT back. this ruining my whole dayand caused me a lot of pain. I should sue for emotional distress. Read more
I threw up after taking a large sip of my tea and feeling something gooey in my mouth. I didn?t even notice it until I was... halfway through with the cup. They obviously aren?t cleaning their tea containers. Im disgusted and nauseous. Read more
Rude staff, Long lines and cold food. I had a large shake substituted cause the ice cream machine was broken ???? and got a... medium half empty cup of smoothie. Still got charged for a large shake. After waiting in line so long I didn't even care todispute it. I'm sure they're under staffed and that'd be forgiving if the staff that was there wasn't so rude. Read more
My son requested to eat at McD's. Cost $16 for a Big Mac meal and Happy meal. No one was working the front counter. Had to order... on the kiosk. Took 20 minutes to get our food. The fries were ice cold. The second order of fries were not much more than roomtemperature. Will never return to this McDonald's. Read more
Frappe and they?re terrible was out then proceeded and try to order a smoothie there. Smoothie machine was down. Then we try to... order a watermelon slush and they said they had it and when we got to the window they said they didn?t have it so they gave ustwo hashbrowns instead. Meanwhile we still paid for the watermelon slush and they offered us a Coke and one of the workers saidno. Don?t give them that. So the service here is absolutely terrible and if you could vote to close this place, I woulddefinitely do it. Do not come here. **EDIT** I opened the bag and the biscuit I ordered has cheese on it as well when Ispecifically asked for no cheese.
