Love the food. Hate the customer service I just received! Ordered a pizza bowl for my wife and they left off the black olives... and mushrooms that I ordered and paid for as extra topping. I thought to myself no big deal I'll just have them put them on atno charge next time. About a week later I called in the exact same order and told them about the missing toppings. I asked ifthey could put the 2 toppings on for no charge and the "manager" girl refused to do that or give me a refund of $3 for themissing toppings even though I have a receipt and a time stamped picture of the bowl! Unbelievable! So the "manager" just lostthis customer who spends thousands on pizza every year over a handful of mushrooms and black olives! Read more
Very good bacon pizza and nice staff. Also the only place in Starkville it doesn't cost $15
Quick and well priced
We ordered for delivery and never received our pizza, despite them insisting that we did. When we called to inquire about it,... they stated they were here and left it at the back door, which is physically impossible at our house as we have a fence aroundthe back. The manager stated that it was our fault that it was not delivered because the driver was just following the addressthat was listed on the order, despite the address being correct.
