Normally never have a problem with this location, today I order a pizza and stuffed crazy bread at 6:20 and it was not ready... until 7:15. On top of that I get home to see that the dough of the crazy bread is not fully cook! Like seriously you could makesomeone sick by not cooking things properly. I?m not even going to bother going back and getting a refund because when I wasthere, the cashier was laid over the counter on their phone, so obviously I?d be dealing with people that don?t care. We like their products, but we lately have had bad experiences. We buy online a pizza, bread sticks and wings. The wings were... missing and there was not bread sticks sauce. In other occasion the wings were missing as well, and the carrier promise to bringthem back. We are still waiting. Read more
They never have anything on their hot and ready menu when you go. You get the standard response of 8-10 minutes for one to come... out but you run the high risk of it taking 15-20 minutes. I know what quality I'm getting when I'm going here but take away thefast convenience then what makes them better than an other chain? Read more
This place has really gone downhill in the past 6 months. Old pizza sold as hot and ready. Slow service. Not like it used to be.

This Litte Caesars needs a new owner. It's owned by an absentee franchisee that doesn't care about customer service. Tried to... call in an order an hour before closing and they wouldn't answer the phone. Tried to submit an order online and they had stoppedaccepting orders for the night. So I went to the restaurant 45 minutes before closing. Hot n Ready guarantee is a joke. Theyonly had one pizza not one type but one single pizza ready and were not cooking anymore so I reluctantly accepted a plain $5.99pepperoni pizza. Little Caesars in West Point is owned by a gentleman in Starkville and so much better. They should let him buythe Starkville location so it would be managed as it should be. Read more
