I went and ate here first time and the service was fine. Restaurant was clean enough however whenever I ordered my roast beef... sandwich apparently they do not serve Au jus sauce because the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Sat ate thesandwich which was bland. There was funny signage throughout the restaurant that was entertaining to read. I will give themprops on the bathrooms they were extremely clean for a restaurant. Read more
Fast and friendly service. Loved the awesome sub that I ate today. Very clean eatery. Will definitely dine here again. :)
Nothing fast about this place. Employees working the drive thru give me the vibe that I've bothered them by pulling up to the... window. Some of the least friendly staff in Starkville. Also, I ordered via delivery and when an hour had passed since theyreceived my order, I called to cancel. I've been to a lot of Jimmy John's locations around the United States, but I have neverseen one as incompetently run as the one in Starkville, MS. The franchise owner ought to be ashamed. Read more
The food is good but don?t use their app. Especially if you have a cash app card. I placed an order using the app and somehow... the money was taken from cash app but the place said they never received my online order, so twice they took $12.84 from me andi did not receive any food. Read more
Nothing fancy but very simple, cheap and healthier version of fast food which can never go wrong. This one is the only J&J in... town. I mostly ate, in home delivery. The staffs are really good and caring. So far never went wrong with my orders. Also, thehome delivery is pretty fast compared to other eateries. I go for this whenever I feel down and need to eat fast. Read more
I ordered through Jimmy Johns for the vet staff at MSU taking care of my very sick horse ? I was out of town when he got sick... and have never been to the campus myself, but the staff at Jimmy Johns was super willing to help me find where the food neededto go, and had it there early! Holly, specifically was super kind on the phone and made sure the order was correct and that itgot in to the right hands! Read more
