my friend ordered cookies to be delivered .. and i missed his name, i think he said lance or lanes i wasn?t listening too well... but.. never seen him before these times but he was the best one i?ve had deliver my cookies by FAR! normally i get a honk or aknock and never see them, but he knocked slightly on my door (didn?t disturb the dog, which was amazing) waited a few moments soi could grab the HOT cookies, reiterated what my order was and the name for it, was very polite , and then left. He was veryfast to deliver, very polite, and even took into consideration a possible pet. I hope to get him to be my delivery drivereverytime because he beat all the other experiences. P.S i?m pretty sure he was driving with the heat on in his car to make suremy cookies were warm because they were warm like FRESHLY OUT THE OVEN. Just amazing. Read more
Jayime, the general manager of the store is just brilliant and fantastic! I had to get a cake delivered to a friend in... Starkville and she guided me through the whole process, and made an impossible delivery, possible. Managers like her should berunning the company! I had a special event celebrating graduates where I ordered a mini 24 pack and an iced ?congrats? cookie. I was delivered a 12... pack instead of the 24 pack which meant that not everyone was able to get a cookie :( That was really upsetting plus the factthat I paid for a 24 pack was given half of that for the same price. On a positive note everything tasted great, the deliverywas quick, and the driver was really nice! Read more
I have always had such a good experience with Insomnia Cookies but tonight was not a good experience. The staff were nice and... all but I paid $14 for 4 deluxe cookies that ended up being rock hard when I got home. I am beyond disappointed. Read more
I had a really great Deluxe Ala Mode with the Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream. This was better... than other ice cream and cookie places because the cookies were still significantly warmer than the ice cream, and that?sprobably because they keep their cookies in a hot box! While it was super good, it was a lot of food (not necessarilycomplaining I guess). Despite all this goodness I felt like it was a little expensive for things... it was $6.25 for twotraditional cookies and a milk. Each traditional cookie was $1.50, so the milk is $3.25 in that deal... idk... just a littlepricey I think. Read more
