Order food tonight 3 bowls! and got crunchy rice white rice and brown rice inedible . Store refused to give refund offered to... make us more food. But got a sample rice and it was still crunchy! They suggested we call corporate for a refund! Or they couldgive us a store credit. Chipotle cost too much. Very very poor service. Yes I am reporting to corporate! I understand we came an hour before closing, but I ordered ahead a quesadilla and we came in and they told us they didn?t have... cheese?. I?m not eating just a tortilla. They didn?t have chips and dips either. So our options were very limited and I decidedto wait 15 minutes for a block of cheese grabbed from freezer cut into chunks. Read more
Stuck for 45+ minutes in the Chipotlane with no way out. Got to the window only to learn they were missing most ingredients,... chips, etc. Do yourself a HUGE favor and don?t consider coming here on game day weekends ? as much as I love Chipotleelsewhere, this location needs improvement in many areas before I?d recommend dining here or placing a to-go order. I placed my order on the Chipotle app, paid for it, and it was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 6:50 PM. I got in the... drive-through line at about 642, the line was long, and at a standstill. After about 15 minutes, I decided to go inside to pickup my food, now that it was well past 650. When I got there, my food was not ready, and I ended up waiting an additional 20minutes. Even though my food was paid for and scheduled to be ready by 6:50 PM, I watched several people place their ordersin-store and receive their food before mine had even begun being prepared. The chips were stale, the queso was thick and cold,and the burrito was prepared poorly. It was the most disappointing visit I have ever had at this chipotle. Read more
Online order assembly station was stocked with toppings. Dine in assembly station wasn?t. We were told online order station was... priority. Certainly didn?t feel right. Same for chips and queso. None for dine in customers, lots for online orders. Just got aburrito with limited toppings and went on my way. Still scratching my head at that explanation. Read more
I was excited to see a Chipotle here! Placed my 3 orders for bowls to go. Got home and the rice in all bowls (both brown and... white rice) was way undercooked. Couldn't really eat it. The other meats, beans, guacamole, sauces were very good. Check therice first before you mix your bowl up! I'll definitely give them another try. I?m so disappointed and concerned to see such a poor rating of a place like chipotle. It?s a new addition to the town and maybe... the staff were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm that people showed, and was not ready to handle that!! I?m sure that might be theonly clarification. I have always been a chipotle fan and devoured at many locations of chipotle across the nation. This one wasjust another usual to me. I ordered a burrito bowl with a lot of toppings. This is my 2nd time ordering chipotle. The first burrito bowl I ordered was fine but the second wasn?t so good. The bowl usually... was full but this one wasn?t. The fajita strips wasn?t cooked and wasn?t cut right and the chicken was slightly over cooked.They Got to do better. Read more
