I went there and they take all day with food and then they don't put all your food in the bag.

Yall the food is hot and good af everytime I go even at around 9pm . I always get the seafood deluxe and a cheese cake and it... hits every time. Yeah the drive thru is long sometimes but its worth it. Read more

The manager on duty along with the cashier,Didn't get... her nor his name but they was very nice along with other workers doing their job. Today is my birthday! I decided to treat myself to lunch. I walked into Captain D?s expecting the usual friendly greeting, ... ?Welcome to Captain D?s?. But, I just got a look and then the cashier said under her voice, May I help you? I assumed Idisturbed her from stirring a batch of tea! Well, I?ll cut through the chase- and I asked for coupons and if they had anybirthday offers. No offers! From the look on her face, I said, I see this isn?t going to go well. She took my order. Now, thecook is preparing my food. The food is now ready. The cashier took my food from the kitchen window and slammed it on the counterone box after another. She didn?t even show me what I had ordered like the other Captain D?s workers do. I spranged from my seatand asked her, Did you just slammed my food down? I told her that she wasn?t friendly, it don?t hurt anyone to be kind, and Iwas going to give her a ?good review? (naturally, I didn?t really mean that the review would be actually good!) All in all, thefood was delicious, but some workers have nasty attitudes. I was the first customer of the day! She has her entire shift to workand she?s already in a bad mood!!! I get so tired of workers acting like it?s the customers fault that they have to work!!! Iwas a professional and yet I had to take on extra domestic jobs to make ends meet.
