I really struggled with this review. The filet with truffle butter was absolutely amazing and the service was impeccable... but....within 4 minutes of arriving our waiter had to remove a roach from the wall next to me, then my salad had to be replacedbecause of a hair in it, and both sides of potatoes au gratin were so undercooked they were crunchy. $490 later there was noapology, no discount, no can we get you anything else to make the experience even better. I called before hand to let them know my party consisted of a 1 year old and the hostess told me that it was fine but when I got... there they did absolutely nothing to accommodate her. No booster seat, no high chair, they wouldn?t even give us a booth. Myfriend had to leave and take her to a sitter. They also overcooked me and a friend?s ribeyes not once but twice. Everyone elsefinished their dinner and I still haven?t eaten my entree yet. I had to get salmon to go and it wasn?t good. Do not recommendthis location. Read more

We had the worst experience ever last night! We got seated at 8:45 reservation was @9, table of 4. Ordered drinks and drinks... came out 40 minutes later due to an incident that happened. So we ordered the appetizers, they took approximately 30 minutes tocome out and when they did come out they were wrong so we had to eat something we didn?t order because we were hungry! Bread,butter and salads came out and two out of the 3 was wrong! Because since it was taking so long we went ahead and placed ourorder because we had a hard time finding/keeping up with our waitress. He was never checking on us and when he finally get tothe table he always just apologizing! Finally we stopped another waitress and asked if she can get our waitress and she justsaid is there anything I could help you with? We then asked as if she could check on our food. She came back and was like it wasbeing plated and it?ll be out in about 5 minutes. We said great thanks!! Twenty five more minutes have passed still no waitressno food!!! So after about 1 hour and 45 of waiting?. Guess what still no food!!! So instead of explaining what was going on theyoffered to wash out the ticket that we had on all the wrong stuff and we left!! What a first time experience!!! You look at thereviews and people give all the praise for these expensive 5 star dining but the service really sucks!! We are from out of town doing a business trip and met here for dinner tonight. We weren't sure we arrived at the correct place... since we pulled up to an old somewhat dilapidated building and falling apart parking lot. The entrance to the parking lot has ahuge pothole that you have to drive over to get it. As soon as we get into the restaurant, we are berated about your businessattire and told we can't wear any hats. Again, we are a group of professionals in business attire but this wasn't good enoughfor them. I have been in far nicer high-end restaurants that had no issue with what we were wearing. I guess I should havereturned the favor and berated them about their building exterior and poor parking lot condition but I didn't. I did refuse toremove my hat, not because there was anything wrong with it but because they just don't allow hats in their restaurant, excepttheir employees are wearing them. Eventually Jeff, the restaurant manager came out and said that he will not serve us, a$1,000+ meal for the 7 of us, until we removed our hats. I pulled him aside and tried to talk some sense into him but he doesn'thave any sense left to talk to so I gave up and removed my hat because of his poor hospitality and customerservice. Financially, as a manager, this was a bad call on his part for the restaurant. He told me that he would rather have a$1,000+ walk out of the door instead of accommodating our professional business attire. No wonder the restaurant was almostempty at 6:30pm when they treat their customers like this. I would like to add that we witnessed other customers wearing shortsand sandals and employees wearing hats. Anyhow, trying to not let Jeff and his idiotic rule ruin the meeting, I complied andlet it go and we ordered. The calamari was some of the best I have ever had, and I have had a lot. We came here for our anniversary and everything was PERFECT!! The setting was beautiful and the food was AMAZING; I?ve never had... anything like it. The filet was by the far the best I?ve ever had.
