Such an upbeat happy personality, was so quick and unbothered when we asked for extra... things, checked on us regularly, recommended this DELICIOUS sangria margarita, just all around probably the BEST waiter I haveEVER had!!! Nice atmosphere, fast and wonderful service and most of all the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Rocky needs to bepromoted to management or something cause he is seriously amazing and seems to LOVE his job just like the shirt said lol but inall honesty he really is a WONDERFUL person all around!!!! This is a American cruzine restaurant specialize in steaks. We had 8oz of grilled salmon and ribeye with loaded bake potato. ... They serve home made bread with whipped cream butter free to get you started. Food was excellent We were place on table 35 whereno waiter wanted to serve us, as I was the only color person there (indian descent). Host had to ask several servers and theyall say no in front of us. Then the host himself had to come and take our order and gave us drinks. Then he also passes us tothe Bartender who didn't bring us the food but did come 3 times to ck is all was okay. Small 10 minute wait at 830pm on a Wednesday. Half the place empty, but im guessing low staff. Place was sticky and slimy. The... ladies bathroom is disgusting. Brown stuff slopped on the emergency light?? At least 2 toilets were broken and unflushable. Theysat us at a bench, which had sticky seats and the table still had splatters of...milk? We just wiped it off with our napkins.Also, the light above the table had splattered food all up inside it. Lovely sight while eating. My plate was cracked clearthough. Food and my fork kept getting stuck on it. Partner got a steak and at least a third of it was fat and bristle andinedible. The grilled chicken was dry as a mummy from the flat iron. If we hadn't been hungry and tired, I would have sent thechicken back. The staff was super efficient. Read more
First time visiting this restaurant and I can see why it is constantly packed. The food is absolutely delicious. There was a... small wait time, but I liked that we could sit in our car and get a text when they were ready for us. We had two appetizers, afrozen margarita, salad, three different entrees, etc. Every single thing was delicious which was surprising considering howbusy they stay.
