What a beautiful couple to invite our family into their home to celebrate my mum?s 70th birthday! We ate like German nobility.... An amazing soup kicked off the night followed by a trio of salads. Buffet style trays of Sausage stuffed pork, tender beef, ahouse made horseradish, gravy, fresh carrots, spaetzle and mash all made with home grown foods. There was 2 types of bread inbaskets for us to help ourselves. We toured the house and peeked into the brick oven.
