I arrived at around 10:45am. and only ordered a large Coke. There was only 1 other car in a parking spot when I ordered the... drink. It took nearly 13 minutes for anyone to bring the Coke out. When I received it, it was flat. Like the carbonation wasn'tright or it had already been sitting there for awhile. I then pressed the call button and got no response after a couple ofminutes. So, I pressed it again and waited. Nothing! Pressed it again and someone answered and asked for me to please hold. Iasked for a Dr. Pepper when the staff finally answered in exchange for the flat Coke. I got the drink several more minutes laterand was finally done there. Was there 20 minutes ago. I checked they screwed up my order so she took the wring thing back & told her I ordered the chicken... sandwich. Piece if chicken & bun nothing else. Tried to call & complain & no answer.!!! Lousy. Won't be going back Read more
I ordered my food and the lady brought my order quickly and I tipped her and she gave me my change. I counted it and it was $1... over so I pressed the button again and explained my situation and she said that doesn't happen to often, how nice of you, Iresponded ( treat people tha way you wanna be treated), and have a blessed day. Its way over priced. The food is bad, the only good thing on the menu is the milkshakes. They don't try or put focus into making... the food. And it tastes gross. Read more

Food's pretty frequently wrong. Sends out a red, white, blue slushie today w the lid hanging half off and a piece of plastic... dangling in it. Go to put the lid on it it's overflowing gets all over my car strawberries to the brim. Got a meeting to go tonow my clothes are ruined. Car is covered in stickiness. The drinks exterior is covered and sticky the lid won't go on asstrawberries just gush out in every direction. Call em out takes forever to bring me napkins. I complain their lid don't fitand got me covered. They say sorry and that's about it. Pretty sure I got charged full price on happy hour too. Read more
Mom went to get me & brother breakfast this morning, I wanted sonic and he wanted McDonalds so she went to get sonic after... stopping for his food. She ordered my food on the app and waited 20+ minutes outside in stall for it to come out, and the workercame out with no food, just to tell her she didn't get the order on the screen and continued to ask for the order, despite mymom already ordering it ahead on the app for that exact reason. Even after she had told them to cancel the order as both she andme and my brother were at least 30+ minutes behind this morning for work/school while waiting on breakfast and she didn't havetime to wait on an order, the worker chased her all the way back to work, saying they finally got the order.
