NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I got there to pick up my order which was given to the customer before me by mistake. Ok no big deal,... it looked like the guys were super busy so to solve the problem they were just to remake my order. 25 min later my order wasn?tcomplete. Again I was trying to be understanding about it so I asked for a refund on the wings that they didn?t made and themanager (or so she said she was) said that she could not give me a refund. Now, what type of management is that?!! She made mewait for another ten minutes and after finally talking to someone that was hiding on the back she said that she could do therefund. Let's just say that I have really never been a fan of Pizza Hut because of all my previous experiences in other locations. When... I moved to Star, Pizza Hut is the only delivery pizza place and I begrudgingly signed back into my Pizza Hut app out ofdesperation to feed several people helping us move in. What an amazing surprise came out of that order! Piping hot, excellentpizza came to my door. Order correct, plentiful and expertly crafted...from Pizza Hut! Pizza Hut!
