Management has not taught the employees how to run a store on their own. You can tell there?s an issue when they don?t know how... to use your gift card, take 20-30 minutes, forget to prepare half your order, give half-empty drinks and ice cream, and thengive you the wrong sandwich on a moldy bun while beginning to mix up the orders of the customers behind us. I often visit the Arctic Circle in Star. I always get the crispy chicken sandwich with American cheese on it and it?s always... great. Multiple times order has been wrong. I'd say 6 out of 10 times they have screwed up special orders. We went inside dining... tonight to make sure order was correct. Ordered two plain hamburgers and it took them three times before it was correct. Probably spent 20 minutes to get the order correct. They also forgot one order of French fries. Read more
It's high time to replace the girls at the drive thru. A couple of months ago there were teenage boy running the drive thru and... they were fabulous. These ladies need a lesson in customer service and manners. They look like I am bothering them! I've lookedat your reviews on this site and I'm not surprised that most people say the same as I do. I tried going through the drive thru to get some dinner, and I waited at the speaker for a few minutes with no response. I was... wondering if they were closed because I wasn't getting any response so I pulled forward to the window. (It was 7:00P.M.). Inoticed they were not closed. I made eye contact with two girls who noticed I was at the window. One girl was wearing a headsetand I expected she was gonna come up, and take my order but then she just walked away out of sight. The other girl soon followedher. After waiting a couple more minutes I decided to leave. I don't recommend coming to this location and waste your time. Iseen I am not the only one this has happened to as well. Chances are you will most likely not even get to place an order. Saveyour time and spend your money somewhere else like I did. Read more
