The employees here are more interested in chatting with their buddies than they are with customers waiting to order. I waiting... 5 minutes for someone to answer then another 6 minutes for them to take my order. Keep in mind, it was just me and 3 other carsare in the stalls. If I could give negative 50 I would! It gives Sonic a horrendous name, but corporate apparently doesn't care. I was there about... 10 minutes before the red button was answered, then the guy kept screwing up my order- I wanted a no.1 meal w/med fries and meddp, large cinnasnacks with med popcorn chicken and med fries med dp. Kept trying to charge an extra burger. Finally after 35minutes I get all food shoved in 1 bag. Got home with 1 bag of fries. Everything smashed, Food tastes like fried in last yearsgrease. I cannot understand why the owners have not done anything about this. This is the worst Sonic in West Texas!! They are... consistently out of food or drinks take on average 30 mins to take your order. Then it comes out burnt or cold!!!!!! That'safter waiting another 30-45 mins and there was only one other car waiting. Wish it was possible to give no star ratings. Themanagement here needs to be replaced. The employees are rude and the food quality is horrible and i love watching a female cookmy food with no hair net! if they have anything to serve. The WORST SONIC EVER! After you press the red button, it takes about 10 minutes minimum before they answer to take your order. I... ordered a large meal and this is how my ?Large Fries? came. I should?ve just paid for the small meal. This sonic seriously needsnew management and new staff. Read more
I'm giving three stars because the employees are friendly. But, this is the second time we have stopped here and they are out... of almost everything. Went to Sonic after a football game. My chili cheese dog?s bread was HARD had barely any chili and cheese. Tater tots tasted... horrible! They tasted like they were old and were warmed up.
