First time trying Shootz.... I was debating between the chicken sandwich or the plate. I asked the person in line behind me if... he had eaten here before and he said yes. They have the most amazing chicken sandwich. My kids always joke that I order thesame food over and over so it was a no brainer to stick to my usual chicken sandwich. I decided to get the combo which camewith a choice of musubi. I was told to try the honey coconut shrimp option, as it is usually more expensive when trying it a lacarte. I guess I am not a fan of musubi. I didn't like the seaweed. Let's move on to the Hot Kimchi Butter Katsu ChickenSandwich. OMG! This was the most moist chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. They put macaroni salad on top of this chicken,which I thought might be weird, but it was pretty tasty. Definitely one of my favorite places inside the Rodeo 39 food court. Read more

I dont know if it's new management or what, but after trying them after they relocated the food was dripping with oil yet the... flavor was bland. We got the chicken sandwich and short ribs both were meh. Giving 3 stars because the food wasn't bad, it justwasn't good either. Read more

I had high hopes for this place? traveling from MN just to eat delicious food, Shootz did not disappoint. So much flavor and... zest in each bite. I loved the combination of the cold pasta with the warm rice and chicken (tasted like butter!). The masubiswere amazing as well, perfect balance of flavor. Staff were courteous and friendly. Updated review (10/22)- Came back again with my sister in law, she wanted to try it since she's heard good things. I tried the... Shrimp n rice this time. It was good, but def favorite is still the sando. My SIL enjoyed the sando very much. I am glad Ididnt get any QC issues this time because I really do enjoy the food here. Time to put it back on my lunchrotation. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I think the food is good, but they have poorquality control. Seems like most of the workers are just hanging out. Wasnt even busy but they gave me slighty burnt meat. Notlike a nice char but rather a burnt taste. Read more
