I only go to In N Out when buying lunch for the team, so service is really all that matters to me here. I ordered through drive... thru and confirmed all items with the order taker. Unfortunately, a burger was missed. According to the cashier they did notcharge me for it, so now I had to not only wait for a burger while the food got cold, but also had to pay for it when I thoughtI had. Totally messed up my order. We ordered 2 double double, 2 fries. When we got home, just one single, one double and 1 french... fries.
