Everything was okay except for our food again. This time when we finished the 12 minute drive from Wendy's to our house, our... food was cold. Bathroom looks like it was out of the 3rd world. Dirty and it looked like someone vomited in the sink. Toilet paper everywhere.... The young vapid clueless girl at the counter was too busy flirting with the cook to properly do her job. Actually took her barehands and scooped fries out of the warmer and put them in a container and then put it on our tray. I told her that I do not likepeople handing my foods with bare hands. She copped a nasty attitude. She went back to flirting with the cook. NOT GOING BACK. Iguess the only people they can get to work for them is bottom of the barrel. Management is bottom of the barrel too for allowingthe bad things you read in the Reviews going on. I would venture to say that if Wendy's did a random drug screen on thisfranchise the whole thing would probably shut down. The bottom-feeders who own this franchise obviously DO NOT CARE how theircustomers are treated. Read more
Did a mobile order for baked potatoes, my order was accepted and pay was taken off my card. I was then told they were out of... baked potatoes and the manager said I should just wait and see if I'm refunded. Had to end up call Wendy's to find out themanager was supposed to submit a ticket to refund me on my mobile order. If anyone else runs into this you need to call to get aticket submitted or you won't be refunded. Read more
We utilized drive through during the late lunch hour. The line moved quickly and and wasnt too busy. There were more vehicles in... the drive through then in the parking lot. The staff was friendly and got my order correct. The food was warm and cookedwell. The portion size good and flavor is spot on for the spicey chicken sandwich. Eat sandwich was full which some fast fooddon't do anymore. Prices are a bit high for fast food, but the economy I am sure plays a huge part in that. Read more
Stellar customer service!!! Ordered 50 nuggets via drive through near closing time and they got them out to us perfectly cooked... in record time! I already did not like the McDonald's north of this location in Lancaster (despite being closer to home) due toa plethora of reasons. But the customer service I experienced tonight just solidified my decision to choose Wendy's wheneverpossible even further!!! Excellent staff, excellent service! This also applies to most other Wendy's locations I've been to. Onaverage, always better then McDonald's. But the night staff that helped us tonight at this location in particular is a cut abovethe rest! Read more
It was 7:40 and me and three of my other teammates plus my coach were stopping off at wendy?s after our tennis match. Though... there was literally a few of us, we rode on a bus and they LOCKED THE DOORS on us. And there were people literally insideeating. Wendy?s doesn?t close at 7:40. We knocked on the doors and the people inside just stared at us. Mind you, it was POURINGRAIN AND WE WERE SOAKED and they were just looking at us. It wasn?t until our coach called Wendy?s that they let us in. We stoodout there for at least 10 minutes in the rain. Read more
Most of the time I get food there and it's fresh. But there has been a few times I would get cold fries or a burger that had set... too long and was cold to eat as well. I love there biggie meals and 4 for 4$. Well worth your money. Always double check yourorder before leaving bc Ive gotten my order wrong a couple times or end up missing something. Which this can be expected in afast food place...just as long as they correct the mistake then I'm happy ???? Read more
