There horrible there! THEY NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT AND THE BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN. I WENT THERE LAST NIGHT TRIED CALLING AND... Terrible! They ALWAYS get my order wrong. Was told on a Friday night because it was Friday if I wanted a combo it had to be a... large! On another occasion pulled up to the drive thru at 9:45 PM for them to tell me they were closed. Per the website theyclosed at 11 that day. Customer service is terrible! Plain and simple? These are not nuggets. It is a chopped up breast. Disgusting tasting, cold, and a complete waste of money.... I went to Popeye to try the chicken since I've actually never tried Popeye's chicken before and figured I'd go check out the... new one in town. So, I've given the place 3 stars because I believe they deserve the benefit of the doubt, but here are a fewthings they need to work on. 1st think I notice is that everyone working there seemed a bit frantic for lack of better words. There weren't many people actually ordering. The gentleman at the counter seemed to be trying to wrangle in the employees asthey all where running around all and chattering away. There was one customer who had been waiting for some time for herorder. I ordered the 4 piece combo and got my order fairly quickly and the order was what I ordered so there was no problemwith that. The soda machine only had diet coke and root beer which after I poured it since it was all they had I realized wasalso diet. Another thing I noticed is that it seems like they didn't promote their opening as I've driven by a few times anddidn't realize they had already opened. All in all there is room for improvement but the quality of food was fine and I do wishthem the best of luck and success. Read more
Must be opening week jitters but the customer service is simply terrible. I saw many people's orders were wrong so the come back... to get it fixed. My order was wrong too and getting any order fixed seemed like an ordeal for the staff. It wasn't even thatbusy. Service is slow mostly due to improperly trained staff, or they simply have no ability. Prices are more expensive than Iexpected. $10 for a medium size combo. Not that great a value. I didn't see any promotional deals posted, so either they don'toffer them or they encourage customers to order from the regular menu, which kinda sucks. On the other hand, the food is as goodas any other Popeyes, which is good. The place is clean since it's new. And the location is convenient but Main St can be anightmare until the city fixes the intersection at West Ave. ???????????????????????????????????????? Read more
The food here is fantastic. Very delicious. Chicken is mouth watering. I also recommend all the food items shrimp, fries,... side's, do try the flounder fish sandwich. Overall food here is very excellent. Read more
