This place is amazing with one exception Julio is horrible at customer service to say the least. Me and my family order pastries... like we have been doing since the beginning of the summer, we order a milk shake and it wasn?t done properly like other times. We decided to go ask if we could exchange it and Julio automatically with a absurd attitude yelling at me said we do not doexchanges. I asked the cashier nicely why and he interrupted the cashier and said this isn?t dunking donuts. Them he staredtalking to me with a challenging behavior almost trying to start a fight. It?s unbelievable that someone ignorant to customerservice it?s in charge of a very good place. Beware of the ignorance of Julio. Read more

My husband and I come here often for a quick tasty bite after work. It?s walking distance and the food is incredible! Lots of... selection, too. Sandwiches, hot food, cold food, customizable sandwiches and wraps and quesadillas if I remember correctly. Alsogreat coffee and pastries. Great place all around!!! Read more

This latest visit is probably my final. I paid over $30 (no receipt offered even though I asked so I can?t even show the line... items) for an inedible breakfast sandwich with souring brown avocado and chewy bread and mediocre baked goods. I threw theentire breakfast special away and am considering contacting American Express for a refund. I would go back there but they?resuch a chaotic environment it would be at least another 30 min to sort out, and I?m sure it would seem like I?m just being highmaintenance. I?m really not that picky with food?it takes a lot for me to throw out something I paid for, and I usually overlookservice issues when I know staff is trying. I?m additionally upset today because I?ve been on a budget and this was my one ?eatout to support local business? for the week, but I ended up throwing it away.? My first visit here was when they first opened, and I brought a friend visiting from out of town. They were disorganized and slow with service but really friendly, and the foodwas great. I really like trying to help support new businesses and thought the harbor point area needed a good breakfast joint,so overlooked the service issues. I?ve returned a few times since and had similar issues with order confusion, people notknowing who is next in line, slow service, etc, but everyone always seemed to be trying their best and friendly and thebreakfast foods have been good. Today I went in after checking the menu online and seeing the avocado toast. I found out that?snot available right now, so I instead went with poached eggs, salmon, and avocado on brioche (I was told there was not anotherbread choice). I ordered this, and then somehow lost my place in line even though I had more to order. I know it?s hard to keepup on a busy morning so I didn?t mind, and was joking with other customers about musical line spots (nobody seemed to know whereto stand to order or to wait, so two women waiting for something to the left of the registers confu Read more
