We ordered out from here, they sent the wrong thing and then were completely rude and unhelpful over the phone. The gluten-free... crust was awful - like a floury, dusty cracker. The regular crust had no texture or chew to it. We will definitely never orderfrom here again. Read more

Chicken Parmigiano was good, very tasty as well as the house salad. Wine was marginal but had low expectations. I came in... between lunch and dinner and the restaurant was very slow. One would have expected outstanding service given the lack of anyoneelse in the restaurant. However it was the exact opposite. The sever waiting left before I was served and never returned and noone else checked on me. After I leisurely finished without anyone checking on the quality of my meal or did I want more water orwine I waited more than 20 minutes to get my bill. Read more

Had a horrible experience tonight. Long story short, the guy working the phone was careless, inconsiderate of my time, and did... not have the general knowledge needed to make things right with a customer. It?s really unfortunate that he had no training forhis position, no sense of urgency, or honestly an ounce of common sense. The guy was so rude it look me having to go all the wayback to the restaurant after 25 minutes to correct my issue, and even then, there was ?no manager? on site. Very odd. Thehostess and a guy from the kitchen were very helpful after I explained all that transpired. Kid answering phone no where to befound. I don't leave bad reviews lightly, but I've gotten takeout from here twice in the last two weeks and had less than stellar... experiences both times. I wasn't planning to leave a bad review, but after tonight's takeout, I felt it necessary. The firsttime I ordered, I got the 2 for $25 Mon/Tues deal which was good food, but the chicken masala was such a small portion I didn'tfeel it was worth it. I also got two small side salads for an additional $3 each, and they only gave me one. When I went back into get the other one, the guy behind the register didn't believe me so I had to go back to the car to get my receipt and showhim (understandable, but unprofessional). Tonight, I only ordered a large garden salad ($9.99) with gorgonzola (+$1.25) whichthey said would take 10-15 minutes. When I got there 20 minutes later, it wasn't ready and one of the ladies threw it togetheras I stood there. When I got home, I was so disappointed with the small size of it and that there was only one dressing for thewhole thing. Fortunately, since I normally go light on dressing anyways, I was able to stretch it for the whole thing, but mostpeople would be needing much more of it. The pictures are of tonights salad and I hate to say it's not at all worth the $12.07 Ipaid for it. I could justify spending up to $9 since the ingredients are fresh and the dressing is great, but that would be onlyif I was dying to have their dressing. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother with it again.
