Amazing service. This was the best tasting pizza I?ve ever had. I?ve had pizza and breadsticks for take out and delivery. Their... drivers are highly professional and use proper and thorough communication. Always friendly and attentive. Whenever we go to therestaurant, we are always greeted with a smile and from the looks of it, their staff is very hardworking. They all deserve araise! Read more

This was my first time here, since it was right next to the nail salon i decided to get some food before going home. Some... reviews saying ?the best in stafford,? umm yeah that review had to be paid for because it is no way anyone?s taste buds canthink this was supreme quality pizza. The way the salad was described to me by the cashier which made me get it? ?premiumgrilled chicken? etc you would think you were getting fresh grilled chicken, clearly it is freezer processed chicken thrown onthere. The pizza looks like chuck e cheese pizza and even that pizza has a slight bit more flavor to it, this one from Vocellitastes like frozen pizza, FLAVORLESS weird texture and random pizza cheese thrown on. When you have fresh pizza made the cheeseshouldn?t be stiff and get cold so soon after it is taken out of the oven, I literally live down the street and my pizza wascold when I got home. You can tell it is no care in the ingredients chosen. Their bags and boxes states ?Italian quality? whichis FAR from Italian Quality pizza. The staff was friendly and their facility was clean (which is the reason I gave 2 starsinstead), other than that I wont be back nor will I recommend this place. The store was closed to closing but yet the cashier and cook greeted us with a smile. They took the time to explain the menu and... offer specials from the location. Our pizzas came out satisfactorily hot and cheesy. The cashier Freddie was extremely patientand nice. The young lady who was making the pizzas took the time to ensure we were satisfied with our order. The store was cleanand tidy. The service was great and the food was spot on. Ordered wings n small pizza. Delivery guy drops off hot. Then I open the box. Is a CPA cooking the food? Because if he is, get... out of the kitchen and let the cook do their job!!! How do you enjoy wings with 2 tablespoons of watered down dip, opened andnot even full to the top!!! Vocelli is a greedy hog. For $50 you could have spared another 5 cents of dip!!! When I called, "ohthat's all we're allowed to give. What a joke. Don't buy here. Overrated, overpriced and a disservice to your hunger. Even thedelivery guy said he would return to get more. Ordering online was simple and included all the modifications I needed. I opted for curbside because it was drizzling. Called... told the my name, car details and the brought my order right out.
