The service was so bad I literally walked out without ordering. The older lady at the front just stared at me when i walked in.
Very good Breakfast been eating there for over 10yrs. but now they Stop serving breakfast after 11am. If I can't get Breakfast... after 11am. I won't be going back. Very sad Read more
Hours aren?t accurate. Was told before that breakfast isn?t served after 11am. Walked in at 10:15am and was told they weren?t... open. Phones don?t work (wanted to place a catering order) when told about it the lady said the phone died but I called it rightin front of her and it rang. Plus she has a bad attitude for no reason. The food is delicious. The pupusas are fantastic, most importantly not greasy. The curtido is the best. And so are the soups.... Service could use improvement but the ladies take a minute to warm up. Still, I would eat here again. Read more
Not a place to take kids. The cashiers curse a lot and forget it if you have allergies. If you ask to opt out of anything they... will do it begrudgingly and with an attitude of ?they?re doing you the best favor.? Their customer skills are greatly lacking.As for the food they don?t make anything that can?t be found elsewhere with better taste and better customer service. Read more

So I usually come here to get their French toast but today I decided I?m not giving this place my money anymore. When I called a... lady answered the phone with just ?hello??, at first I wasn?t even sure I was calling a restaurant. So I said ?is this therestaurant?? She said ?yeah? with an attitude. So I was already turned off at that point. When I told her I wanted to place anorder for pick up she said I had to pay over the phone first and that was the new rule. What if the person only has cash? Itmade no sense so I asked why I can?t pay when I get there like I always do. She says it?s the new rule so I simply said nothanks and hung up. To the management, teach your workers how to have proper phone etiquette when answering the phone. I don?tcare how good your food is. If you don?t know how to speak to people and implement stupid rules, don?t expect people withstandards when it comes to customer service to give their hard-earned money to you. Response to their response: Theirunprofessional response is also another reason why I will not be back. Had the lady on the phone not been lackluster with herinformation and told me that I could pay in cash at the restaurant then the situation could?ve been rectified but instead shehad poor phone etiquette and now whoever responded on behalf of the establishment also has a poor understanding of how to makecustomers feel appreciated when they leave their feedback. ?if they know how to understand and appreciate our food? what exactlyare you trying to insinuate. The pupusas are fantastic! Not greasy and very tasty. The cashier there was very nice and gave great recommendations. I ordered... the pork and cheese AND the crazy pupusas. I will come back again whenever I have a craving for pupusas! Read more
