I’ve eaten at other Sams locations and always got great service and food. However this location is the absolute WORST!!! The... pizzas always come under cooked and drinks are warm. I called today and spoke with the owner. Very disappointing conversation. Iwill not be doing business with this location in the future. We're relatively new to the area. Didn't want to cook or go to a restaurant. New about Sam's because it's next door to a small... engine repair shop we've used. Thought we'd give Sam's a try. Weren't sure what we wanted but saw that pizzas are BOGO whenequal price. Ordered the Sam's and a Veggie pizza. Both were generously loaded with toppings and both had crispy crusts. I have ordered from this place several times and each time the food arrives either cold, soggy, or under cooked. I just had... pizza delivered and they are both under cooked! Raw dough had to recook on our own. If 6ou cant deliver food right don't serveit at all! Read more

Sam’s was good until my husband got food poison by one of their turkey subs. Please make sure to ask the store if their meat... is fresh and the produce. I ordered my husband a turkey sub that made him sick. I spoke with the store manager at Sam’s andshe was kept saying that her products are fresh. Clearly, they weren't. My husband ended in the hospital for food poison. Pleasebe aware of this place, that offers you next time 1/2 of the price for your next sub after you got food poison????. BE AWARE!! Read more
Worst customer service ever!!! Called the store to find out an eta on my order. They tell me they don’t have it, then turn... around and say they do when they checked again. Tells me the driver is on the way and has left. After a few minutes goes by Iget a call from them telling me it was left on the front porch!!! It’s 87 degrees outside in the middle of summer! I ask tospeak to the manager and explain what happened. I tell him this is not what I paid for and inquired about why the driverwouldn’t call me or knock or use the doorbell. He tells me the driver did call and knock which is a complete lie! I tell himthat was false information. He then tells me he believes his driver because his driver dosent lie. Which in turned calls me theliar! I was furious and will never spend any money at Sam’s in Arrowhead ever again! Mike is incompetent when it comes tobusiness management and customer service!
