Not a good experience. Ordered the food via the drive thru and was told it would be 5 minutes or so to wait and was told to pull... up and someone would come out with the food. After 15 minutes, no food. Went inside to check and they had forgotten about ourorder, was about to cancel when the food magically appeared. During all this the staff was having a good time, talking etc. Thechicken strips had barely any coating and the fries were greasy and soggy. Not ever going back there again... Read more
This Popeyes is the worst location I have ever been to. If you can go to a different Popeyes please try to. The staff here is... always so rude and I ordered from DoorDash an hour before they closed and they didn?t allow people to go inside, so my Dasherhad to wait in the drive thru line for an hour and a half and when he finally got to the window they said they don?t have anorder with my name and closed the window and closed the store. Ridiculous that you couldn?t even go in to pick up an order.Terrible management and horrible service. Read more
I was there one day and noticed the Manager named Theresa was yelling at her employees in front of customers making it a very... uncomfortable experience. She was also rude to me when I tried to ask her a question about my order. I feel very bad for theemployees and will never come back here again because of her. It makes Popeyes look bad as a whole! Drive thru line is always long, you can literally wait up to an hour in that line. Then they will still get your order wrong.... Each and every time. They need new management or something! Once from waiting so long in line, my kid had to use the bathroom soI had to get out of line to park and try to take him inside. This Popeyes has lost a lot of its appeal since we started going 4 years ago. They can?t seem to get orders right, they have... long lines and never have enough employees. Truly dissatisfied. Read more
I?ve been sitting in the drive through for an hour and a half, past the point of being able to bail, the person taking orders is... just sitting on their phone, it?s taken an hour and half to go through 5 (five people) and there?s 6 more people stuck behindme. This is beyond ridiculous, especially since I?m physically stuck in this not moving line. Dont come here if you?re actuallyhungry and make sure you have a full tank of gas. Read more
We had an absolutely awful experience at this Popeyes location. It's a struggle to give this review a single star! First, after... walking in, it took almost 15 minutes standing in line before placing our order. There were only two groups of people in frontof us - one with maybe 4 people and the other with 2 people. The staff seemed more interested in being on their cell phones thanhelping customers. After placing our order, we waited close to 25 minutes to get our food. We were told they were waiting onthe chicken sandwiches. Seriously? 25 minutes to cook chicken sandwiches, Popeyes' signature sandwich? When we got thesandwiches, they were hot and juicy, which was good. But they had so much spicy sauce, it felt like we were eating chunks ofsalt. It was horrible. We tried the Mac and Cheese. Don't bother, it's not that good. Stick with the red beans and rice. Theywere also out of beignets. That's understandable. However, if you're out of an item, please take it off your screen that'sshowing your menu items. About the only good thing with this visit was the chilled lemonade. That was very good. I cannotrecommend this location at all. There are plenty of other places around to eat. And if you're really in the mood for Popeyes,drive down the road a bit, it'll be worth it for sure. Read more
Store is as busy but the employees were more interested in talking to their friends and off duty employees and making the line... to order get even longer, after waiting for about 30 minutes, I finally got my food and had to return to the store because theemployee forgot half my food and then the sides that were ordered were small and not the large ones that were ordered. Then aswe are eating, not one but 2 of us got long black hair in our chicken. Totally disgusting and pretty much ruined us eatinganymore of the food. Read more
