Two stars because the staff was super nice!! I ordered a Greek chicken salad with house dressing for carry out. Got home?no... chicken on the salad, no feta or olives or anything to make it a Greek salad, no pita, and had Italian dressing. Called to letthem know I was on my way back for the problem, they told me Italian was the house dressing (I promise you. It wasn?t the oldbrown house dressing that I LOVED) Drove the 10 mins back to the store, got another salad and pita, was assured the Italiandressing was the same as the old, but in different packaging. Got home, still no olives on the Greek salad, and the dressing waswhite and not at all the same. The best part of this place was that salad so that?s a huge bummer. :( Read more
Absolute worst! Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham and artichokes. The artichokes baby leaves. Not artichoke hearts. They are... shriveled into nothing and crunchy. The only reason why I ordered from here was to add the artichokes but I will never orderhere again. First, I have been a repeat satisfied customer to the Stafford Paisano's. This time I was very disappointed, especially with... the mobile application. I mobile ordered from the specials-large one topping for 9.99 and two subs, fries and a soda for 21.99. I discovered after I piked up the order that the fries were missing. I returned to the store and the manager said it was myfault that I didn't follow the app correctly and that this is a common occurrence with this particular order. I ended up paying26.06 for the 21.99 order and got my fries. The Stafford manager said she could not rectify the money as it was a applicationproblem. So i tried to find a "contact us" on the mobile application to no avail. I had to search " how to make a complaint toPaisano's". I would like a full refund and some techno to fix the mobile app. Let me know Paisano's executive staff. I wontmention the over cooked "steak" pizza. Really pitiful hollow and chewy calzone, this is the kind of chewy where your jaw gets tired, just awful dough. Not a fan of... their very bland & not real-tasting feta crumble, which especially makes their greek salad very disappointing. Also it didn?thave olives? Second attempt: it's a 4/5 if i didn't have that first incident. I ordered 16 piece wings and a calzone. It was very delicious... and got to me on time. I didn't reach to management because i wanted to discard any bias towards their service and product. Ilike it but i will leave this at a 3/5. I think it's fair and reasonable. Edit: to be honest i don't even remember if i ordereda calzone or stromboli because i was in a hurry and those are very similar. Original experience: I Decided give this a tryafter passing by it a few times. I ordered a "regular calzones" to which the man at the register replied "with everything?Pepperoni, sausage, cheese?" To which I replied " yes". He charged me about 13 and change and i payed 14 cash. I received nochange and no receipt. I thought it was odd but didn't feel it warranted a complaint on it's own, plus i didn't care for thechange. There was only one customer before me. Cozy little place. I received my order in about 7 minutes. The person who gave memy ordered asked what i was waiting for and i told him I was waiting on a calzone and then handed it to me. I didn't check myorder, i just walked back to my car to go back to work. The person who handed me the calzone followed me to my car and verifiedwhat in got because he thought he gave me the wrong order but then said it bc was correct. Neither of us opened up the box. Tomy surprise when I got to work i had a cheese calzone. it's difficult for me to rate this one star because the calzone was stilldelicious but I feel like it really needs a lot of work on how they communicate and how they operate. The only reason I gave ittwo stars is because I feel like I could have changed the course of the actions by being more attentive and more stern but Ialso feel like I shouldn't have to be correcting anything if I'm the customer. Polite staff, but food is mediocre. Calzone is not Italian calzone. It is basically a fatty bread with cheese and whatever... topping you select. Calzone is supposed to have thin crust, not bread. Read more
