Fries are always soaked in oil and undercooked. I know it?s McDonald?s so I don?t expect to get good fries all the time but... seriously ? every single time. I just spoke to the supposedly manager ?Vanessa? and she explained she only works one day a week(which is absolutely none of my business when her work schedule is) and ended up rudely hanging up on me? like come on you all ?get it together. Learn customer service and retrain your fry cooks please? I called back and spoke to a different manager andshe apologized for the way Vanessa spoke to me and for hanging up on me. I?m not even sure why someone would get a managementposition for one day a week especially with her rude and disrespectful customer service. Read more
Ordered at Kiosk, receipt machine didn't work. Stood 15 minutes to finally pay...cashier receipt wouldn't work either. Then... spent about 20 more minutes for my food - which was pretty basic, but for four people. Oh, and "sold out" of Cactus Plant FleaMarket (Adult Happy Meal) and the I've cream machine was broken. Not even kidding. Place was clean and available staff weresomewhat courteous, when they were stopped/questioned. Looked busy and super understaffed. Read more
I'm not a regular at this McDonald's, I'm more a Burger King person but this day coming back from dialysis treatment is was... hungry. I ordered two Sausage egg on a bagel no cheese. Friendly service at both windows. I do have one question, why can't Ihave my money and food at the same time? The two window bit I don't understand ???? Read more
The first time and now the last time I ate here, my single bacon quarter pounder burger was burnt. I ended up throwing it away... because it was that bad. Work on not overcooking or undercooking food... Train your cooks... Read more

Placed a Mobile order and decided to walk in to pick the order up. This place is an absolute disaster! The drive thru line was... around the building, there were no curb side spots available and the lobby was packed. Employees were not wearing gloves or hairnets. One employee was in the kitchen working in flip flops! Waited an HOUR in line to pick up our food. We ended up getting arefund!! Several people had been waiting over an hour to pick up food. The manager never came to the front but could be heardtelling the employees to continue serving the drive thru line first.... completely ignoring all the people waiting in the lobby!This is totally unacceptable!!! I ordered through Uber Eats. I asked for an unsweetened tea with two lemons and four Splenda. Instead, I got three drops of tea... in a large cup of water and ice. Other restaurants would let you know if they are out of a menu item but I?m not surprised athow this McDonald?s thought this was acceptable to send out. At least the food was decent. Read more
I fully expected them to be busy today, so I ordered in the app before making my way to McDonald?s. When I got there, I was... unable to check in with the app, but I got an error message that said to give a code to an employee and they?ll prepare theorder. I spoke to an employee who told me the order was being made (without even seeing the code or order number). After about10 minutes, I went and gave an employee the code and he said it was an error code and he needed an order number. I then spentabout 2-3 minutes looking through their buggy app only to find that the order number was the same as the error code. I went backto the register and the same employee told me that they couldn?t find the order and I would just have to cancel the order in theapp and place it again. I went ahead and placed the order again. Everything was fine (for McDonald?s), but when I went to cancelthe order in the app, the order said it had already been picked up and there was no option to cancel it. Now I?m out the cost of2 orders, I?ve only received 1, and after 20+ minutes going back and forth with employees, I doubt they?ll actually be able tohelp. It would be nice if they had at least 1 employee who knew anything about the app. Read more
