I?ve been to this Dunkin numerous times, and they can?t seem to get an order right. First time I went they forgot my hot coffee,... and this other time they didn?t put bacon in my sourdough breakfast sandwich. They truly need to step it up. Read more

My experience here with a rude disgruntled employee was horrible. For starters my main order was wrong. I had to have them fix... it. Then they forgot to put part of my order in the bag. So I had come back for that, when I complained to the young girl behindthe counter she responded to me and said I can leave and not come back. And meanwhile her boss is just standing there doing nothing like a deer caught in headlights. So I will never do any type of business with dunking donuts ever again. I go there three-five times a week. They hardly ever get my drink right, even though it is a menu item. Today they made my five... dollar drink wrong again. I also forgot two Donuts as I left the store. When I called back to tell Them within five minutes ofleaving, I was told I need a receipt or they could Do nothing for me. Without proof of purchase I would not be able to get mydonuts or the correct drink. Even though ?Hamilton? the lady who answered the phone was probably looking at the donuts I paidfor but didn?t take. This is extremely upsetting to someone who spends hundreds here in a months time. And to be met with suchignorance when calling to get an issue corrected. I gave two stars because the food and drinks are amazing. It?s the servicethat struggles. Dunkin? Donuts standards have really gone down. I?m so disappointed. The last few times we have stopped at a dunkin both in VA &... FL, I ordered a vanilla crème donut ? what happened to the cream?
