One of the main issues with this location is that it is serving a large local population. Most North Stafford residents... dine/order here. The demand is difficult to meet promptly due to the size of the location. It is so bad that they got rid ofcurbside orders. My mom decided to go to Chick-fil-A for dinner tonight. I asked for a 8count nugget meal but sub the fries for a cookie parfait,... the parfait comes with strawberries, blueberries and Oreo cookies crumbs on top. I am allergic to blueberries and my mom askedfor them to not have blueberries and the man proceeded to say to my mom oh ?it doesn?t come with blueberries?. I?ve been tomultiple Chick-fil-A?s and I?ve never really had a problem with most in the area but this is a terrible experience because if Iwas not able to see the blueberries on top I would have been in the emergency room. This is a serious problem that needs to beaddress to the staff. Along with making sure they know the ingredients. I am happy I found the blueberries before I consumed it. Read more
The chicken is good but the parking is a mess. People cut in line in the drive thru regularly. Management needs to put those... poles around the area when you exit after getting your food to prevent that. They know people do it but haven't take any actionyet. Don't wait to long to fix that, it's dangerous. Read more

Got cookies as hard as hockey pucks today, again. It happens often. In the notes I put ?soft pls? because my kids are picky. 2... cookies are ranging up to $3-$4. And for this to happen multiple times and I live across the street from the location is beyondannoying. When I called the manager this evening, again, I was hung up on. Was expecting to sit there for a while since they're so popular but this location has definitely perfected the drive thru... experience. You can order ahead through the app and at times you'll see them running the orders out the door, so please becareful when driving around the restaurant. The service was great and everyone is so friendly! Please be sure to thank them,they put a lot of effort into making our visit perfect each time and they deserve to be recognized for it. Thank you! ? Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:18. Drove 25 minutes to find out they waited until I arrived to tell me they would not fill... the order because breakfast has ended, yet I ordered at 10:18. So you won?t fill an app ordered at 10:18 but if I would havewalked in at 10:18 they would have filled it. Makes no sense at all. Very disappointed in this service and lack of compassion. Read more
