Ordered take out tonight and the buffalo Mac and cheese tasted like noodles in straight mayonnaise with dry chicken on top. Was... also cold right when I picked it up. My other order of the house sampler was also cold and dry. My tater tots were missing.Overall extremely disappointing and we couldn?t finish the food because it was so bad. I stopped in for lunch two days ago and frankly I was disappointed in the quality of service and food. My past experiences were... usually pretty good but not this time. When I walked in there was no greeting or hostess and I kind of found my own table. Seemsto be a trend in a lot of restaurants these days to only have a digital menu unless specifically asked for which I did. I'm nota fan of scrolling through my phone and trying to place my order through it unless I'm at home and getting delivery service. Ihad to flag down a server and it took about ten minutes to get a drink. I also asked for water but it never arrived. I orderedtraditional wings with Buffalo sauce and they were kind of dry and not really much sauce. Pretty big disappointment. My serveronly came by the table once and fortunately another server in the area was able to help me out when it came time for the check.It was also a bit over priced. 10 wings, a beer, and celery with blue cheese dressing for $25. Not sure if I'll be back to thislocation or any other in the future if this is how far the service industry has fallen. Overall not the experience I expected. Read more
Usually my family orders wings on Tuesday for the BOGO offer, however, this might be the last Tuesday. The wings we got to go... were tiny and not a lot of sauce was put on them. For the price that B-Dubs charges I expect more. I definitely feel ripped off.Had I'd been dining in I'd send these back. It might be a while if ever, that I go back. Read more

The food was good, customer service was great, took of a star because I ordered on a Monday at 9:30pm and they weren?t busy but... it took them 2 hours to have my order ready for my delivery driver, we only ordered 2 burgers, onion rings and cheese curds, Ireally wish they work on that, but I will return:) Edit: ordered again, the all American cheeseburger was extremely oily thatthe bottom bun was soggy, onion rings also oily I squeezed one and oil dripped out, the Nashville chicken sandwich was the onlything edible, but didn?t look anything like the picture, (see pic attached) very disappointing second visit. Hostesses seemed very clueless, didn?t greet us when we approached the stand. Food did not come out at the same time for the 3... guests at the table. Salad was missing toppings. Every time we come there as been an issues. Slow service, missing items, foodnot up to par. Over the years we have been coming here less and less. Every time I am hopeful and every time I am let down. Thismay be the last time. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the server was alright, not great but just okay. And the tablewas clean.
